As we enter Penang island via the iconic Penang Bridge, the right corner of the horizon sits an exquisite location to build a coastal enclave development. Jelutong Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of IJM Land Berhad, the renowned property development arm of IJM Corporation Berhad has a plan to build a township there. The international benchmark-setting masterpiece is named THE LIGHT Waterfront Penang.

CHALLENGES


With our years of experience, the team at Emanon was tasked to work with the Jelutong Development team as the main design arm for their marketing team. There are 7 types of residential property project to be marketed to the public.

SOLUTIONS


The marketing efforts have to be eyecatching and grand. We covered the stretch of the project along the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Highway with a billboard, lamp post bunting, and hoardings. Spreading the word about township through its customized website, press ads, and roadshows. Customized invitation cards were sent to potential buyers for visitations and for experiencing the majestic scale of the township through awe-inspiring designs in the showroom.


Using the same design concept, we extended the buyer's experience to individual handbooks for key giving as well as signages around the township.


We had designed the two books that contain the collaterals to be used as a submission for FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2014.

OUTCOME


THE LIGHT Waterfront Penang stands out like a shining beacon and radiates in its uniqueness and beauty. It is awarded Winner of FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2014 in the master plan category.
